Hi, I’m Heidi Polendey
I didn’t grow up thinking I’d be a real estate investor. In fact, for a long time, I played it safe—working hard, following the rules, and believing that freedom was something far off in the distance.
But in 2005, that changed.
I attended a real estate investing seminar and sat in awe as people shared how flipping homes and investing in distressed properties had completely transformed their lives. I didn’t know how I’d do it—but I knew I wanted in. That moment lit a fire in me.
I bought my first of many investing courses, and soon after, I was analyzing deals, walking properties, and building my first flips. What started as curiosity became a full-blown career—and a new lens through which I saw the world.
For the next 15 years, I actively flipped homes and assigned contracts with a team. I learned the ins and outs of foreclosures, funding strategies, negotiation, and creative deal-making. But more than that, I learned to see opportunity where others only saw problems.
That’s what I teach now.
Today, I help aspiring investors shift their mindset, build skills, and start investing with confidence. Whether you’re a total beginner or a real estate professional ready to take the leap into investing, I’m here to guide you with tools, strategy, and support.

One of my proudest personal wins is maintaining a loving, untangled relationship with my ex-husband. It’s living proof that connection doesn’t have to follow traditional rules to be meaningful.
